What is Coaching?
Coaching is a professional relationship to support clients that desire change. Annette will support you to take the actions necessary to facilitate your desired goals.
How Does Annette’s personal Coaching Work?
Annette will guide you into self discovery to unleash your purpose, passion and goals. She supports you by listening and supporting what is working and to help you identify and eliminate any roadblocks. To accomplish this, Annette will ask powerful and effective questioning, requests and serve as an accountability partner.
Having a coach like Annette will provide you with heightened clarity, awareness, focus and fulfillment. You will learn how to overcome your own obstacles in your own unique way. What is the Structure of a Coaching Relationship?
Usually, coaching takes place over the phone or in person in four half hour sessions on a weekly basis. The client will complete an introductory packet where the two will help discover goals, purpose, passion and values. This foundational session usually takes 1 ½ hours and can take place on the phone or in person.
How Can You Know if You Will Benefit from Coaching?
Many coaches do not offer a free sample session. A sample session is where you can decide if Annette is the right fit for you. During the session, we discover goals and best strategies that will result in significant life changes.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Before a Hypnotherapy session Annette works with you to determine the desired goals and outcome.
She continues then to use exercises that bring about deep relaxation and an altered state of consciousness, also known as a trance. (Many people routinely experience a trance-like state while they are watching television or sitting at a red light.) A person in a trance or deeply focused state is unusually responsive to an idea or image, but this does not mean that a hypnotist can control the person's mind and free will. On the contrary, hypnosis can actually teach people how to master their own states of awareness. By doing so, they can affect and change their own bodily functions and psychological responses.
